  Arroz Rojo

 

 

1 Cup Rice
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Can of tomato Sauce (8oz)
1-2 Teaspoon of bouillon (I used Knorr Chicken bouillon)
optional: Your choice and quantity of veggies

 

In pan and oil and rice and stir to coat and lightly toast.

Add water, tomato sauce and bullion stir to combine. Taste and add more bullion if needed.

Let come to boil and reduce the heat to low and cover cooking for aprox. 16 minutes.

Uncover and fluff with fork.
